Not satisfied with our product? We promise a full refund for the item.
  1. When you return your order, the value of the reward points used will credit to your FIKAARO credits and you can use it in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward points.
  2. When you partially return your order, we refund the value of the reward points for the particular item and add them to your FIKAARO credits, which you can use in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your reward points.
  3. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size, or color, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 7 (SEVEN) days of receipt. Currently, we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item, you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process listed below. After that, you can re-order the style you want.
  4. The return can be initiated by logging into your FIKAARO account.
Cancellation Policy
  • An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  • You can cancel an order in an easy step.
    • Log into your account.
    • Go to orders
    • Click on ‘Cancel’ against the item you wish to return.
  • Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.
Raising the return request
  • Log into your account.
  • Go to orders
  • Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.
  • Specify the account to which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
  • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on Send Request button.
  • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
  • Reverse pick-up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
  • A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of FIKAARO Credits.
Refunds
  • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money or issue FIKAARO Credits, as per your preferred choice.
  • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
  • FIKAARO Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from fikaaro.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
  • For orders placed using fikaaro Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your fikaaro Credits account only.
  • Any fikaaro Credits/cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
  • Please note that limited-period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please email our customer support in case of any clarification.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Payment Refunds are applicable only in case of damaged products or delivery of incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, an e-voucher (1-year validity) is available.
  • Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny.
  • When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.
  • If the loyalty points are negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.
  • fikaaro.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
  • No returns on innerwear & Masks.
  • Refund/fikaaro Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • fikaaro Credits will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the product. A prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  • You can return either the complete order or some items from the same order.
  • Please pack the products properly with the details of the return (Order number, courier docket No, and Reason for Return) and paste/write the address: 107 1ST FLOOR VTM BLDG. NO-2 MEHRA INDUSTRIAL COMPOUND ANDHERI-KURLA ROAD SAKINAKA, ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA-400072. Please mention the return Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.
  • fikaaro.com follows 7 (seven) days No question asked return policy. You can return the product within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
Guidelines for a valid return
  • Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition
  • Tags should be retained and returned
  • Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered), or damaged products are received by the customer.
